I needed an auto quote the day I called because my insurance was running out that evening and the renewal rate had gone up about $500 for the year without any accidents or tickets! "Although I haven't met my agent personally, I want to offer my sincere thanks to State Farm. After submitting and receiving a claim# 6 days after Ian. Mark Hall the adjuster for SF called and came out on Sunday 10/9. He spent 4 hours with us and explained everything. After 5 days we received our first check to cover the roof, fence and inside damage. Couldn't be happier with Mark Hall and State Farm."

"I provided the company with my wind mitigation report to send to the insurance company. A week later I followed up with the insurance company and was told they never received the document. I had to send it myself and found is quite irritating because the difference insurance premiums was $400."
